After about 10 seconds, I had to turn that off. To save myself from the crappy music, with very little melody and way too much bass.

Anyway, I saw no barbarian.

Yeah, it was just some guy doing the same thing over and over again, and then reversing it and doing it again and reversing it.

Yes I know, but I love seeing Conan the barbarian rave, and since the barbarians here also love to rave, I just had to post it. Smile

There is no barbarian in that video. Just some guy. Some random guy. Doing no barbarian-esque activities.

Even if it causes explosion deffness?

Bass is what damages the ear-I don't see why so much bass is plonked into these songs.

bass is what gives music its substance

and loud treble frequencies are more damaging to your ears than loud bass frequencies

I'm not saying bass is bad, it's great stuff. I do own a subwoffer. It's just I don't understand why people put ti /painfully/ loud. And I mean, fingers in ears if you don't want the pain. Most commoly found in chav's cars. Sure, if someone has no bass in their guitar tone, it'll sound bad and harsh.

yeah chav cars with stupidly loud systems are annoying, in a confined space, like a car, bass will "collect" in the corners, which makes it so its difficult to hear anything else but bass, thats when bass is a bad thing, its not a case of the tracks having too much bass on them, its the crossover circuits on the amps that all these chavs have; the amps will analyse the input, and send all the different frequencies to different outputs for the different speakers (ie bass frequencies to the subwoofer, treble to tweaters etc) the common chav won't understand that there is such thing as a mid tone and a treble tone, and for the track to sound as it was actually recorded these need to be paid attention to also, so he just focuses on the bass

which is why all you can hear when a lowered-neoned-blacked-out-kitted-shitty corsa drives by is the bass line and nothng else, well sometimes you also hear the badly attached body kit rattling, which just shows once again how retarded they are
